Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who is responsible for the development of UX/UI for software products. The candidate for this position should have experience in designing the look and feel of software applications. Having a strong background in web or mobile development is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Join the IT development team, reporting directly to the Development Manager.

• Design UX/UI of products following the overall concepts.

• Participate in Scrum team to deliver a high‑quality product.

• Ensure all interactions within the application are intuitive and user‑friendly.

• Create and maintain UX/UI documents and themes.

• Proactively improve product features and quality.

• Collaborate with other teams to deliver correct designs.

Requirements

Education

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design positions.

• Good understanding of application workflows, software design concepts, user experience, and interaction.

• Experience in web or mobile UX/UI design.

• Understanding of CI/CD software development environments.

• Experience in Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban).

Skills

• Interested in dealing with design challenges and keen on exploring new things.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and teamwork spirit.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
