Technical Lead is responsible for leading the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of software solutions. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, ensuring high-quality engineering practices, scalable system architecture, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap.
• Lead technical design discussions and architectural decision-making.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

Software Development

• Participate in hands-on development of critical system components.
• Review code and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Estimate development effort and contribute to project planning.
• Manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews.

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design and maintain microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD automation and deployment strategies.
• Drive system modernization and technical debt reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master‘s degree is an advantage.

Experience

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineering role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in one or more languages:
