Responsibilities:

• Researching, drafting, proposing and adjusting the regulations, procedures and operating standards which relate to IT activities to ensure they will suitable for business orientations, common practice custom, risk level of bank through
• Guiding and supervising the document implementation according to internal regulations to ensure compliance with regulations of the State Bank.
• Updating standards and requirements of reputable international organizations to propose and coordinate with ACB’s units in proactively applying in Banking IT risk management.

Requirements:

• BS/MS Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management or a related field
• Knowledge about Information Technology or/and Operational Risk Management, Bank‘s policies and products
• Understanding about the economic, political and social situation
• Good at English, especially in communicating, reading and understanding English documents
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical logical thinking skills
• Negotiation skills
